For better or worse, I have consistently involved myself with musical endeavors since my teenage years. There were early days when rockstardom was seemingly ordained. In fact, The Droids held the planet in their steady gaze slating it for annihilation. Then I went to college, fortunately.
Nevertheless, higher education did not entirely cure me of the inclination, though it would be years before I found myself once again meaningfully engaged with my ‘muse’. For some reason known only to the universe, I elected to join up with a band of miscreants known cryptically as Architectural Metaphor round about 1990. Fun was surely had, and mischief even more surely made. I count it an accomplishment to have been ejected from the band after a few years.
For the last 15 years or so I have promulgated the minor legend Bionaut in fits and starts. An electronic music duo with Paul Eggleston (headmaster of Arc Met), Bionaut has recorded and performed professionally in a wide variety of alternative art and music habitats across the United States. More of their story past and present may be found here… Bionaut
